Frequently asked questions
How Medical Cash Flow Solutions works for injured individuals, medical providers and attorneys.
For individuals
How do I pay for medical treatment after an accident?
If you have a personal injury case, you may not have to pay anything up front. Providers in our network treat on a lien, which is paid out of your settlement when your case resolves. Our guide on how to pay medical bills after an accident covers the other options too.
What is a medical lien?
A medical lien is an agreement that your provider will be paid from your settlement instead of at the time of treatment. It is sometimes called a letter of protection. When your case settles, the provider's bill is paid from the settlement before you receive the rest.
Can I get treatment if I don't have health insurance?
Yes. Our providers treat people who are underinsured or uninsured. What matters is that you've been in an accident and have a personal injury case.
How quickly can I be seen?
Our providers can treat you right away, without waiting on pre-authorizations.
Where do you work?
We work with patients, providers and attorneys in Utah, Idaho, Washington, Montana and Nevada.

How does personal injury lien funding work?
You treat personal injury patients as usual. We pay you up front for those accounts, then wait for the case to settle. We take on the risk of non-payment and reductions.
Why work with a funder instead of holding the lien yourself?
Holding liens means unpredictable payment timelines and uneven cash flow. Getting paid up front gives your business the capital it needs to grow, and removes the risk that a case pays less than expected or not at all.
What rates do you pay?
We agree on a fair price up front, at rates above what you'd get from private insurance.
